San Angelo cafe operator increasing with Mamma Changs Italian food

SAN ANGELO — The operator of Senor Changs is expanding his company by including a new restaurant, which is established to open next 7 days.

Adrian Soto, owner of Senor Changs, is opening Mamma Changs, which will serve Italian food.

Senor Changs moved to 1822 N. Chadbourne St. from 502 N. Van Buren St., wherever Mamma Changs will be situated.

“We’ve talked about accomplishing rapidly food stuff Italian for a extensive time, and we just experienced that other building and made a decision which is what we are heading to do,” Soto explained. 

The cafe will provide alfredo, pesto, spaghetti, make-your-personal pasta dishes, tiramisu, cannolis and far more.

“Our marinara sauce takes 4-7 hours to make,” Soto stated. “We are producing matters from scratch.”

Soto’s brother-in-legislation, Casey Jackson, has crafted the menu for the new restaurant.
