DiplomaticQuarter: Italian embassy in Riyadh marks fifth Earth 7 days of Italian Cuisine

RIYADH: The Embassy of Italy in Riyadh marked the fifth version of the Globe 7 days of Italian Delicacies by hosting an on the net roundtable dialogue of the cultural value of foods and culinary traditions.
The event, held on Dec. 9 in collaboration with the Potential Food Institute, was titled “Saudi Arabia and Italy: A Journey Concerning Foods and Society.” The contributors included Italian and Saudi industry experts and pros who talked about progressive techniques in which people today can be inspired to rediscover and express their cultural heritage and identification, endorse healthful diets and lifestyles, and secure and build the agricultural and food sectors.

The primary speakers at the occasion provided Mayada Badr, CEO of the Culinary Arts Commission at the Saudi Ministry of Tradition Elisabetta Moro, professor of cultural anthropology at the Suor Orsola Benincasa College of Naples and co-director of the Digital Museum of the Mediterranean Diet regime and Cesare Mazzetti, president of Fondazione Qualivita, which encourages and protects the uniqueness of food products and solutions.
