The restaurant and cocktail bar is open from 4 PM to 3 AM and boasts the latest open kitchen in Venice; the Bacaro Jazz menu offers an heterogeneous delicious mix of local dishes; some of the highlights are Saor and salt cod, Pasta and beans Venetian style with boiled salami & Cuttlefish in black-ink sauce with polenta; it also offers International Cuisine whose highlights are Carpaccio raw beef with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese, Red chicory flavoured Tagliatelle with duck sauce and aromatic herbs & Filet of white sea bass wrapped with raw ham in tomato sauce with stewed onions.
