NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — In an orderly fashion, kids at the Kirkpatrick Group Centre are learning the fundamental principles of meal prepping.

About 200 college students in less than-served communities will be ready to appreciate the no cost lessons. Fletcher stated the funding will come from the federally sponsored Child and Adult Care Foodstuff Plan.
“It’s a funded software and they reimburse us for all foods that we do for our children, but just one of the components in the application system is that we will need to be educating and helping youngsters make those people much healthier choices,” she claimed.
For two decades neighborhood facilities across the metropolis have made available totally free meals to youngsters in right after-school packages. Now at nine community facilities, food prep classes will be available too.
